- Don’t beat yourself up. Change takes time so don’t worry if it takes a bit longer to reach those goals. Keep up with your new routines and the results will eventually come.
- Celebrate! Reward yourself along the way. Don’t wait until you complete your entire goal, but celebrate the smaller moments.
